to supply energy efficient products, services and technologies for the efficient use of energy and improvement of energy performance, to support the designs with high energy performance,
to manage the existing and potential risks which may affect the Integrated Management System and to take the necessary measures,
to fully comply with all legal and other requirements and compliance obligations,
to internalize the culture of management systems by increasing the awareness and competencies of our employees,
to improves the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System continuously and ensure its sustainability with the process management approach and the participation of employees
Why Integrated Management System?
With the implementation of the Integrated Management System by gathering the quality, customer satisfaction, occupational health and safety, environment and information security and energy efficiency management systems that are followed/implemented under different units in our Company under a single roof;
- it is aimed to manage the process effectively, reduce the costs, ensure the standards in implementations, provide communication and synergy between the general directorate and the provincial directorates, reduce the workload by managing the work and transactions from a single source, solve to problems at their source, simplify the documentation and ensure the standards,
- to save time, human resources and costs by carrying out the common activities such as documentation, internal audit and Management Review (MR) meetings together.

Our Company, which has implemented ISO 9001 Quality Management System to meet the customer requirements and improve service quality,
ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management System to evaluate the changing demands and possible dissatisfactions of customers objectively, fairly and confidentially and to provide appropriate communication channels, with a customer satisfaction-oriented approach,
ISO 14001 Environmental Management System to minimize the damage caused to the nature by caring about leaving a livable world to the future generations and our long-established Company's environmental awareness, sustainable resource management and climate change,
ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System for a safe and healthy working environment and sensitivity to the health and safety of employees,
ISO 27001 Information Security Management System to ensure the security of customer and employee information in line with the principles of confidentiality, accessibility and integrity,
and ISO 50001 Energy Management System to increase energy efficiency, reduce energy consumption and improve energy performance, has had an Integrated Management System since 2018.
