Items are named as "Letter" that have qualification of updated and individual communication which written on any kind of physical tool and address of shipping and delivery stated on it by the sender. Whether the item is in an envelope or the envelope is open or closed is not change the qualification of the item.

As a general rule, the items that involve communication, papers, documents and files are passed for letter. Conjunction with these, any kind of ware or sealed envelope, printed papers and literature for blind in the same package are also passed for letter. The items that contain only wares are not accepted as letter.

Letters can be posted as registered or unregistered.

Maximum: Length, width and depth combined 90 cm, but thegreatest dimension may not exceed 60 cm.

Inroll form, length plus twice the diameter 104 cm, but the greatest dimensionmay not exceed 90 cm.

Minimum:Not less than 9x14 cm, with a tolerance of 2 mm.

Inroll form, length plus twice the diameter 17 cm, but the greatest dimension maynot be less than 10 cm.
