Effective Transaction
Our Company has Effective Buying and Selling authority in accordance with the Postal Code, the Articles of Association and Decision No. 32 of the Protection of the Value of Turkish Currency. You can visit our workplaces to safely exchange your currency and purchase foreign currency in Dollar/Euro/SAR.
Moreover, effective buying and selling operations are also carried out from our El Bab, Jarablus, Azaz, Mare, Al-Rai, Afrin, Jindires, Rajo workplaces located outside the border .
The convertible currencies listed below are traded from our workplaces.
During effective buying and selling transactions, the customer's name, surname, Passport Number, tax or Turkish Identification number; in our workplaces in Syria, the Fingerprints (LSID) of customers who do not have this information are recorded in the system is regardless of the amount in accordance with the MASAK (Financial Crimes Investigation Board) rules.
After the effective buying and selling transaction, a PTTBank Transaction Receipt comprising the the amount of Foreign currency traded, the USD equivalent of this amount, the TL equivalent of this amount (with text and figures) and exchange rate information, as well as the customer's first name, last name, Passport Number, tax or Turkish Identity number is provided to the customers.
EFFECTIVE BUYING TRANSACTIONS;
In addition to the 12 currencies buyable at our workplaces subordinate to Istanbul Regional Directorate and Antalya PTT Directorates, buying Russian Ruble is also available.
There are no minimum and maximum limits on the effective buying, and no foreign currency coins are admitted. However, Turkish lira coins can be given in payments.

EFFECTIVE SELLING TRANSACTIONS;
Effective selling transactions in Dollar, Euro and SAR are currently available in our workplaces.
There is no minimum and maximum limit on effective selling, transactions are carried out in Euro in 5 banknote and its multiples, and in Dollar without any lower limits.
Selling of coins is not carried out.
