They are pre-paid Pttkarts defined on behalf of the right holders who receive social aid payments through our institution.

With pre-paid Pttkarts, right holders can receive cash on all bank ATM devices as well as Pttmatics without waiting for social aid payments and use it in domestic and international shopping transactions.

In addition, as soon as the social aid payment of the rightholder is deposited to the Pttkart, SMS is sent to the mobile phone numbers registered in the system and the information about the amount of aid is instantly delivered to the rightholder. For pre-paid Pttkarts, card dues and operating fees are not charged from the right holders.

Pre-Paid PTT Cards are delivered by hand from PTT Workplaces together with the social aid payments that the right holders will receive for the first time.​
