These are domestic postal items having the content of communication materials, file, document, paper or items up to a certain weight and mass, "EMS Courier and registered special service" accepted by PTT.

As a general rule the whole content of the items are checked. However, having the content of communication in writing or document found in EMS Courier shipments can be accepted without controlling its scope.
