Except book, catalog, newspaper and periodicals, any physical means or electronic message written on the prepared form including telegraph which must be dispatched and delivered to the address specified by the sender.


Letters


As a general rule with the latest news or personal communication with nature materials paperwork, documents, files, books, catalogs and if desired, be given to mail in a sealed envelope of periodicals is considered as letter by PTT.


Bearing the date and nature of personal informationand written on any physical tool, shipped to the address specified by the sender on the item and delivered to be mailed open or closed does not change the nature of the letter.


Letters can be mail registered or unregistered.


Maximum Weight


Maksimum weight is 2 kg. Only letters issued by governmental agencies in the country are accepted up to 5 kg.

Length, width and depth combined 90 cm, but the greatest dimension may not exceed 60 cm.


In roll form: length plus twice the diameter 104 cm, but the greatest dimension may not exceed 90 cm.


Mini​mum


Size can not be less than 9x14 cm, with a tolerance of 2mm.


In roll form: length plus twice the diameter 17 cm, but the greatest dimension may not be less than 10 cm.


POST CARD
