1. REGISTERED SPECIAL SERVICE

Domestic item registered as to be letter, postcards, greeting and invitation cards, printed paper, literature for blind, mail has been given by subjecting the recording delivered in exchange for signing a buyer, in the case of loss the upper limit is determined by a special service that requires the payment of compensation is called "registered special service".

2. INSURED OR VALUED SPECIAL SERVICE

By declaring the content by the sender on the basis of the actual value ofmail is to give the letters, printed papers, literature for blind, smallpackages international dispacht, parcels and cargo, Turpex posts, notificationdocuments are acceptable in special packaging or off method.

Loss, theft or damage to the shipment, which can be paid in case of compensation up to the value declared by the sender admission is called "insuredor valued private service".

In the interior, paper money, banknotes or check swhich the keeper could benefit, as ride checks, stocks, bonds, with precious paper that can be translated easily money in bank offices, airplanes, trains, ferry tickets and have not passed the day or hit the jackpot had been found lottery tickets etc. a value representing papers, coins, processed or unprocessed gold, silver, platinum,precious stones, jewels and other valuable substances contained and value of shipments shown on the item packaging must be mailed with the "insured or valued" special service.

For demanding this additional service, items must be posted with one of the registered item types.

For sending item containing the insured or valued special service, declaring a value of more than the real value of the substances is prohibited. But to them, the less value may be declared than the real value inside.

Value that can be declared for items sent by domestic airmail is maximum 20.000 TL, there is no limit to the surface items sent.

3. CASH ON DELIVERY SPECIAL SERVICE

"Cash-on Delivery Items" are the items which are posted for delivery on thecondition that it is delivered to the addressee by paying money against and themoney received is transferred to the sender.

For demanding this additional service, items mustbe posted with one of the registered item types.

For itemssent with commercial purposes, it is compulsory to post the invoice relating tothe content of the cash on delivery item together with the item itself.

In accordance with the Income Tax Law, astatement relating to the exemption of artisans must be submitted to the collection center where the item is posted and the receipt must be signed by the sender bywriting on the phrase "Invoice is not made out due to artisans exemption." or acopy of the statement must be sent with the item.

The value limits that can be declared for domestic items accepted as "Cash on Delivery" items are;

For items that the value will be sent as money order; 30.000 TL which isthe upper limit for domestic money orders,
For items that the value will be sent to the postal cheque account; 60.000TL which is twice the upper limit for domestic money orders,

Items of which the cash on delivery value is over 3.000 TL for delivery att he address items and over 1.000 TL for items with destination to villages, are delivered at PTT offices.

4. RECEIVE FROM THE ADDRESS SPECIAL SERVICE

Send mail to the desired date of mailing, the sender address to be taken by the PTT service is called " Receive From The Address Special Service".

Receive from the address special service is limited to the establishment of facilities and vehicle allocated to the PTT office and materials to be transported.

This service can be requested for Registrated EMS courier shipments

5. AIRMAIL SPECIALSERVICE

The letters and postcards, if there is dispatch by airmail. Aircraft will not bill with a special service fee.

Printed paper and literature for blind, rather than on arrival if it will be delivered faster, you can ask the sender sends flight special service. The fulfillment of these services can be shown on the schedule for special services outside the aircraft postage fees must be paid in full.

If these shipments could reach their destination before the air mail than other mail it can also be sent by surface.

Special flight service fee is charged for these items per 100 gr. and its fractions.

Special flight service fee may be charged for registered or unregistered items.

6. ADVICE OF RECEIPT SPECIAL SERVICE

Advice of receipt special service is the notification of the sender that item was delivered to addressee or third parties that can claim, by signing provided that it's registered mail. The document which is prepared with the items including advice of receipt special service is called "advice of receipt card".

7.DELIVERY OF ITEMS CLAIMED ONLY BY THE RECEIVER SPECIAL SERVICE

Delivery of registered item on condition of being claimed by only receiver himself by signing is called "Delivery of Items Claimed Only By The Receiver Private Service".

"Delivery of Items Claimed Only By The Receiver Private Service" may not beapplied for the items sent on behalf of the soldier sand prisoners.

Claimed only by the receiver and advice of receipt services for the items to be sent to private or official parties that can be reached through principal clerk, secretary or military assistant due to their special positions, is accepted only with the condition that sender commits by signing "It can be delivered to the special aide In cases of not being able to reached to receiver" part on the advice of receipt card, otherwise these items are not accepted.

8. ROUND TRIP FEE IN ADVANCE PAYMENT SPECIAL SERVICE

Charging of postal and special service fees for both way sending and returning of the registered domestic items in advance is called Round Trip Fee In Advance Payment Private Service.

"Round Trip Charged" statement is written on the faces, receipt of acceptance or list of acceptance by the office of acceptance. If there is not a label on item that showing its weight, its weight is also written. Date stamp is also put on the item.

For there turn trip accepting of the item is done with its initial acceptation bar code with method of ordinary items in a new envelope or bag free of charge, after checking if the item was accepted before or had a private service.

9. PRIVATE MESSENGER SERVICE

Delivery ofitems to the receiver without waiting for the general delivery is called "Private Messenger Service" .

In order a domestic item to be accepted with Private Messenger Service the address of receiver must be inside city delivery area of a center.

Items addressed to villages and staff in military facilities cannot be accepted with Private Messenger Service.

This service may be requested for the registered or unregistered items after acceptance.

10. POSTRESTANT OR DELIVERY AT PTT OFFICE SPECIAL SERVICE

Delivery of items in PTT Offices with the request of sender by not stating an address but giving only name, sir name and name of the PTT Office and choosing statement "Postrestant" or "Delivery At Ptt Office" is called "Postrestant" or "Delivery At Ptt Office" private service.

This private service can be requested for registered or unregistered items.

11. INFORMATION BY TELEPHONE SPECIAL SERVICE

"Information by phone private service" is a service if the sender request, information ondelivery or non-delivery of domestic registered items is given by domesticfized or mobile (GSM).

For using the information by phone special service, it is obliged for providing phone number by sender who request and phone number should belong to domestic operators.

This additional service can also be requested for EMS Courier Registered items.

12. NOTIFICATION BY PHONE SPECIAL SERVICE

Notification by phone private service is applied for informing addressee by phone when items received. For the items applied this service, addresses's domestic phone number should be taken by sender during items accepted.

Without making payment of "Notification by Phone Special Service" additional fee, this service is not applied even if phone number is written on the item.

This additional service is requested for EMS Courier Registered items.

13. CONTROLLED DELIVERY SPECIAL SERVICE

"Controlled Delivery Private Service" is a service that according to the request of sender, receiving item by controlling from addressee on delivery time.

This additional service can be requested for EMS Courier Registered items.

14. FEE CHARGED FROM RECEIVER SPECIAL SERVICE

"Fee Charged From Receiver Special Service" is a service that according to the request of sender, collection of total fee of shipment fee and special services of domestic registered items from receiver.

This additional service can be requested for EMS Courier Registered items, but it can not be requested with the cash on delivery special service.
