They are prepared annually. Inselection of subjects to be included in the programme, assorted proposals andrecommendations received from Ministries, Presidency of the General Staff, Universities, Foundations and Associations, Public sector, anniversaries ofimportant events determined by our section and various subjects are evaluatedby a commission so created and given its final shape. Stamp issuing program inits final shape after approval by the related Ministry on behalf of theRepublic of Türkiye is notified to philatelists within Türkiye and abroad andpostal offices.

Thereafter; according to the selling date of thestamps the visuals of the stamps are prepared. Pictures and graphics mostly done by painters are used except the materials like slayts, photograhps in stamp pictures.
